11/16/2025 - EcoClam Environmental Magazine Vol. 2 — Online Progress Check

At our November 16th online meeting, EcoClam conducted a focused mid-check on the development of Environmental Magazine Vol. 2. The session centered on reviewing the Writing Department’s progress and ensuring that all contributors remain aligned with upcoming deadlines.

Members of the Writing Department were asked to upload their drafted sections to the shared Google Drive folder (ECO CLAM MAGAZINE → Writing Department → Mag 2) for collective review and early feedback. This step allows the team to begin integrating content into the magazine layout and identify any additional research or revisions needed.

The group also reconfirmed the project timeline:

Writing Department Due Date: November 30

InDesign Layout Due Date: December 7

Although brief, this meeting served as an essential checkpoint to maintain momentum and keep the publication on track for timely completion.
