날짜

07/05/2026

In our meeting on Sunday, July 5, 2026, EcoClam reviewed the progress of the magazine project, assigned deadlines for website updates and other ongoing projects, and discussed plans for the second half of the year.

First, the members checked the progress of the EcoClam Magazine Project. Se-i, Seung-a, and Dan-i have completed their writing, while Seungchan and Junhyeok will finish their sections by the evening of July 5. The magazine design will be handled by Seung-a and Junhyeok, and the final design is scheduled to be completed by July 19.

The website and magazine distribution plans were also discussed. Seungchan will update the EcoClam website by the end of July. The updates will include information about the May event, the July 5 meeting, cleanup activities, and the magazine project. Dan-i will also produce at least 20 printed copies of the magazine by the end of July.

In addition, Seungchan will complete the Jeju environmental map project by the end of July. The map will help organize and present EcoClam’s cleanup activities and environmental information related to different locations across Jeju.

The club also finalized its blogging schedule. Yeji, Seung-a, Seungchan, Junhyeok, Se-i, and Dan-i will participate in writing blog posts. Beginning next Sunday, July 12, members will upload one new blog post each week to regularly share EcoClam’s activities and environmental ideas.

To make sure that all tasks are completed on time, the club established a new penalty rule. Members will be charged a fine of 10,000 won for each day that they miss a deadline. This rule is intended to encourage members to take responsibility for their assigned work and follow the agreed schedule.

Lastly, the members discussed an upcoming event for the second half of 2026. EcoClam will participate in an event celebrating the International Day of Peace on September 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Se-i will be responsible for submitting the application and preparing for the event. A Zoom meeting will also be held sometime in August to discuss the event in greater detail.

This meeting helped EcoClam establish clear deadlines and responsibilities for its magazine, website, blog, and Jeju map projects. By regularly checking progress and preparing early for the International Day of Peace event, the club continues to strengthen its organization, responsibility, and teamwork.
