03/29/2026 - Ecoclam Online Meeting
날짜
03/29/2026
In our meeting on Sunday, March 29 at 11:00 p.m., EcoClam organized plans for the Children’s Day donation project, confirmed magazine deadlines, and reviewed upcoming tasks for each member.
First, Seungchan reported that the research work had been completed, and the website is scheduled to be uploaded by May 20.
The main focus of the meeting was the Children’s Day donation project. Members decided to carry out the donation separately in Seoul and Jeju. For the Jeju donation, Se-i Kwon will be in charge, while the Seoul donation will be handled by Junhyeok Lee, Seung-a Choi, Seungchan Oh, and Yeji. The gifts will not be delivered on Children’s Day itself, but instead will be prepared and delivered in advance. The Jeju donation will go to an orphanage, while the Seoul donation will be divided between a church and a children’s center.
The donation items were also finalized. EcoClam decided to prepare plant-growing kits along with handwritten letter cards. For the Jeju region, snacks will also be added as an extra donation item. The club agreed to use the shared club budget of 255,000 won, and plans to purchase around 40 plant kits. Members aim to complete the ordering and receive all materials by next week.
The club also scheduled the packaging plan. Packaging will take place on April 12 at 5:30 p.m., and Junhyeok Lee will decide the location. The actual packing of the kits and the shipping process will be done on separate days.
The EcoClam Magazine Project was also discussed. Yeji will join the design department, and the team decided that the writing stage should be completed first before moving on to design. The deadline for writing is May 20, and the design deadline is May 31.
Lastly, members decided that whether to run a blog or not will be discussed in the next meeting, and everyone will share the overall progress of their work at that time. The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 19 at 11:00 a.m.
This meeting showed EcoClam’s steady progress in organizing both environmental and community-based projects. By clearly dividing responsibilities and setting deadlines, the club continues to move forward with practical plans and strong teamwork.
